1. Introduction

SellKit ("we," "our," or "us") provides decision guides and browser-based utilities at sellkit.neogenesis.app. This policy explains the information processed when you browse the site, use its tools, or email us.

2. Information We Collect

The site and its configured service providers process:

• Site and interaction data: Google Analytics records page URLs, titles, and navigation in production. PostHog, when its project key is configured, records first-party-defined page views, referral source, tool steps, successful outputs, return-visit timing, and a coarse confirmation that a person interacted with the page. Automatic click/DOM capture, page-exit capture, and session recording are disabled. These providers also receive routine browser, device, and network information with requests.
• Browser storage: Analytics services may use cookies and local storage. SellKit also keeps preferences such as theme, selected tool settings, and a previous-visit timestamp in your browser where the relevant feature uses them.
• Email correspondence: SellKit has no contact form. We receive your email address and anything you choose to send only when you email help@neogenesis.app. Following updates through RSS or the blog requires no account or email address.
• Hosting requests: Vercel hosts the site and may process routine HTTP request data needed to deliver and secure it, such as the requested URL, request time, IP address, and user agent.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site
• To understand navigation, tool use, and return visits
• To improve decision guides and browser-based utilities
• To respond when you choose to email us
• To meet obligations that apply to us

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: For website traffic analysis. Google may collect and process data according to their Privacy Policy.
• PostHog: For page, interaction, tool-funnel, and return-visit analytics. SellKit's current configuration disables PostHog session recording and surveys. See PostHog's Privacy Notice.
• Vercel: For website hosting and request delivery. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics and PostHog may store analytics identifiers in cookies or local storage. SellKit features may also store settings locally in your browser. You can block or clear these through your browser controls, although clearing local data also removes saved preferences and tool presets.

Following our RSS feed requires no account or email address. As with other site requests, the hosting provider may process routine request data needed to deliver the feed.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or object to certain processing. Email help@neogenesis.app with your request. We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

You can also clear SellKit's browser-local settings or limit analytics storage through your browser's privacy controls.

7. Data Retention

Browser-local settings remain until you clear them, the feature overwrites them, or the browser removes them. Provider-held analytics data follows the retention and deletion settings of the relevant provider account. Email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations.

8. Advertising

SellKit does not currently load an advertising-serving script. If advertising is introduced later, we will update this policy and any required disclosures or choice controls before activation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
