1. Introduction

SellKit is operated by 네오 제네시스 (Neo Genesis).

The data controller for SellKit is 네오 제네시스 (Neo Genesis). Contact: help@neogenesis.app.

SellKit ("we," "our," or "us") provides decision guides and browser-based utilities at sellkit.neogenesis.app. This policy explains the information processed when you browse the site, use its tools, or email us.

2. Information We Collect

The site and its configured service providers process:

• Site and interaction data: Google Analytics records page URLs, titles, and navigation in production. PostHog, when its project key is configured, records first-party-defined page views, referral source, tool steps, successful outputs, return-visit timing, and a coarse confirmation that a person interacted with the page. Automatic click/DOM capture, page-exit capture, and session recording are disabled. These providers also receive routine browser, device, and network information with requests.
• Optional Amplitude analytics: Only after you enable it, SellKit sends a product-scoped pseudonymous identifier (neo:v1) and allowlisted visit, return-visit, successful tool-use, sharing, affiliate-click, and conversion-intent events for usage statistics, with approved campaign labels and UTC visit-date/ return-day metadata. These events do not include calculator inputs or results, free text, full URLs, raw query strings, or URL fragments. Amplitude can observe your network IP address while receiving HTTPS requests; that address is not included in the event payload.
• Browser storage: Analytics services may use cookies and local storage. SellKit also keeps preferences such as theme, selected tool settings, and a previous-visit timestamp in your browser where the relevant feature uses them.
• Email correspondence: SellKit has no contact form. We receive your email address and anything you choose to send only when you email help@neogenesis.app. Following updates through RSS or the blog requires no account or email address.
• Hosting requests: Vercel hosts the site and may process routine HTTP request data needed to deliver and secure it, such as the requested URL, request time, IP address, and user agent.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site
• To understand navigation, tool use, and return visits
• To improve decision guides and browser-based utilities
• To respond when you choose to email us
• To meet obligations that apply to us

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: For website traffic analysis. Google may collect and process data according to their Privacy Policy.
• PostHog: For page, interaction, tool-funnel, and return-visit analytics. SellKit's current configuration disables PostHog session recording and surveys. See PostHog's Privacy Notice.
• Vercel: For website hosting and request delivery. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Amplitude Inc.: Optional SellKit usage analytics, controlled by Neo Genesis. If you enable it, the identifier and allowlisted events described above are transferred to Amplitude in the United States for processing and storage. Amplitude's privacy contact is privacy@amplitude.com. See its Privacy Notice.
• Optional Meta advertising

  Optional Meta advertising is OFF by default on every full visit, separately from Amplitude. Only if you enable it, Neo Genesis sends PageView and, on calculator and guide pages, ViewContent to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (European Union) and Meta Platforms Inc (United States) for retargeting advertising. Meta receives cookie identifiers _fbp and _fbc, IP address, browser and device information, page URL, event names and page-slug parameters.

  Page URLs may include query strings or fragments, including values in shared estimate links. SellKit adds no calculator inputs or results as event parameters and sends no Advanced Matching, email or phone fields, InitiateCheckout or Purchase.

  When an allowed event occurs after advertising consent, the Pixel sends these data over the internet to the named recipients. Data is transferred across borders; contact Meta through its Privacy Policy contact and rights-request routes. Meta retention follows its Privacy Policy; custom audiences are limited to at most 180 days. Refuse or withdraw advertising in Analytics and advertising settings without losing access to tools. Withdrawal stops new Pixel events but does not erase data Meta already holds. You can also manage Meta ad preferences.

  페이지 URL에는 쿼리 문자열이나 프래그먼트가 포함될 수 있으며, 공유한 계산 링크의 값도 포함될 수 있습니다. SellKit는 계산기 입력·결과를 별도 이벤트 매개변수로 추가하지 않으며, Advanced Matching, 이메일·전화번호 필드, InitiateCheckout 또는 Purchase를 전송하지 않습니다.

  광고 동의 후 허용된 이벤트가 발생할 때 픽셀이 해당 정보를 인터넷을 통해 위 수신자에게 국외 전송합니다. Meta 문의 및 권리 행사 요청은 Meta 개인정보 처리방침의 연락·요청 경로를 이용할 수 있습니다. Meta 보유 기간은 해당 개인정보 처리방침을 따르며, 맞춤 타겟 보유 기간은 최대 180일입니다. Analytics and advertising settings에서 광고를 거부하거나 철회해도 계산기·도구 이용에 제한이 없습니다. 철회하면 새 픽셀 이벤트 전송이 중단되지만 Meta가 이미 보유한 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다. Meta 광고 기본 설정에서도 광고 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics and PostHog may store analytics identifiers in cookies or local storage. SellKit features may also store settings locally in your browser. You can block or clear these through your browser controls, although clearing local data also removes saved preferences and tool presets.

Optional Amplitude analytics is OFF by default on every full visit. SellKit does not read or write an Amplitude identifier or analytics storage, or load or contact its SDK, before you enable it. You can enable or withdraw through the global Analytics and advertising settings control. Withdrawal immediately stops new Amplitude collection and removes its local identifier; it does not delete records already held by Amplitude. This panel also offers a separate default-OFF Meta advertising choice and withdrawal; neither choice changes existing Google Analytics or PostHog.

Following our RSS feed requires no account or email address. As with other site requests, the hosting provider may process routine request data needed to deliver the feed.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or object to certain processing. Email help@neogenesis.app with your request. We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

You can also clear SellKit's browser-local settings or limit analytics storage through your browser's privacy controls.

Amplitude analytics is optional. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not restrict calculators or tools, and there is no reward for enabling it. To request access, correction, or deletion of Amplitude data, withdraw first and copy the SellKit-scoped identifier shown in Analytics and advertising settings. The panel keeps that identifier available after withdrawal during the same visit only, without persisting it; save it before reloading or leaving the site.

Email help@neogenesis.app with that identifier and your request. If you saved an identifier from a previous visit, send that identifier; do not enable analytics again just to make a deletion request. The panel can open a deletion email draft containing your identifier after withdrawal, but does not send it for you.

Within 10 days of receiving your request we submit the deletion to Amplitude and tell you; Amplitude completes it within 30 days of submission.

7. Data Retention

Browser-local settings remain until you clear them, the feature overwrites them, or the browser removes them. Google Analytics and PostHog analytics data follows the retention and deletion settings of the relevant provider account. Email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations.

Amplitude data has no automatic expiry and is retained until you request deletion. Turning analytics OFF stops new collection, but does not erase existing provider-held data. Use the identifier and request process in section 6 to have that data deleted.

8. Advertising

SellKit does not currently load an advertising-serving script. If advertising is introduced later, we will update this policy and any required disclosures or choice controls before activation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
